Useful things to include
- A bug. Tell us the browser, the airports involved and what you expected instead.
- Wrong airport data. Send the IATA code and what is wrong. Corrections usually belong upstream at OurAirports, which we rebuild from — but tell us and we will check.
- A privacy request. Say what you are asking for. Note that generator input never reaches our servers, so there is generally nothing held beyond server logs.
- Misuse. If you have seen output from this site presented as a real booking, tell us.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what any embassy, consulate or visa centre will require, and we will not guess — a wrong guess costs you an application. Ask the authority handling your case. We also cannot look up, change or confirm a flight booking; only the airline or the agent who sold it can do that.
